Welcome to the OSNC Website
The City of Oxnard has set the boundaries for 52 neighborhoods who can voluntarily establish a Neighborhood Council to advocate for the interests of that neighborhood. They are governed thru bylaws voted on by the City Council. The Oxnard Shores Neighborhood is bounded by Fifth Street on the North, Channel Island Blvd. on the South, Harbor Blvd. on the East and the Pacific Ocean on the West.

Touch and Go operations by small single engine aircraft using Oxnard Airport have contributed to noise, pollution and safety issues which effect this community.
